Jessica York is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and a Certified Personal Trainer.

Jessica believes “food is medicine” and that real, whole foods, physical activity, and stress management can play a major role in disease prevention and treatment.

She has a passion for cooking, experimenting in the kitchen to create healthier versions of southern comfort foods, being physically active, and learning about different food cultures.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, cooking, exercising, and exploring unique restaurants.  From these experiences, Jessica applies the skills learned to her communication and planning with clients. Jessica aims to help people to manage their health in a way that is realistic for each unique individual and their family.
